King University seeks an Area Coordinator (AC) in the Residence Life Department. Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the AC position is an 11-month, live-in, professional position responsible for the administration of residence halls and related duties in support of the Residence Life Program. Â
The AC establishes and maintains a living-learning environment conducive to personal growth and academic achievement. In addition to salary, an apartment, utilities, cell phone, and full meal plan are included. Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated sensitivity to students from diverse socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and disability backgrounds. Previous residence life experience is preferred. Candidates should be well organized, capable of managing detailed operations, and willing to develop and maintain a teamwork atmosphere within the department.Â
