This is a highly impactful residential position working in a discipleship context with gap year students. Resident Leaders function as a sort of hybrid between RA, RD, and discipleship small group leader. It is a 9-month live-in position with meals and various travel covered, and a stipend. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in ministry and/or Student Life to gain experience and personal growth/development in a deeply impactful relational ministry context focused on experiential education. This can pair well with some online master’s programs- we can discuss further with anyone interested in this.
